*SOME FINE PRINT:

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, I am committed to maintaining a level of competency, integrity, and professionalism consistent with the principles of the Certified Financial Planning Board’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct (“CFP® Standards”). The following is intended to assist with your understanding of this credential and my obligations to you under the CFP® Standards:

• CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professionals are subject to certification and oversight by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards (“CFP Board”) according to its qualifications and requirements. As the sponsor of the certification program, the CFP Board assumes responsibility for monitoring and enforcing my compliance with the CFP® Standards.

• The CFP Board is a private, non-profit organization that administers the ongoing training, professional standards, and ethical requirements I am obligated to follow as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. These are in addition to licensing and other requirements that separately apply to financial professionals under federal and state laws and industry regulations.

• The CFP® Standards require me to act as a fiduciary and in your best interests - by always placing your interests ahead of my own and the firm’s interests when providing you with financial planning or financial advice.

• Please note that while I may be required to act as a fiduciary under the CFP® Standards, this does not result in my necessarily being a “fiduciary;” as this term may be used in other contexts. For example, I may be required to act as a fiduciary under the CFP® Standards without being considered a fiduciary under other laws or regulations since these are separate and operate independently of the CFP® Standards.

Additional details regarding the CFP® Standards and my obligations to you can be reviewed at www.cfp.net.
